- Manage end-to-end insurance claim recovery processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Engage professionally with policyholders to resolve inquiries and facilitate documentation requirements.
- Conduct thorough compliance checks on all claim files to ensure alignment with internal and industry standards.
- Negotiate recovery terms effectively, balancing policyholder needs with organizational objectives.
- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate claim documentation for processing.
- Maintain clear, concise communication logs for all claim-related interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve recovery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, administrative support, or customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads with strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
