In this role, you will play a vital part in our administrative operations, ensuring that claim documentation is handled efficiently and accurately. You will benefit from a structured work environment with a standard 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm), providing you with a healthy work-life balance in a prestigious central location. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify claim documentation in accordance with company policies and service standards.
  • Maintain and update administrative records in internal databases with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in claim submissions.
  • Prepare regular reports on claim status and administrative progress for management review.
  • Ensure all filing and documentation activities comply with data privacy and retention policies.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to stakeholders regarding pending claims.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in claims or insurance operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Available to commit to a 1-year renewable contract based in Raffles Place.
