Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Frequently update and maintain accurate information in patient and insurance accounts.
- Process and verify insurance claims and reimbursement requests.
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers regarding account status and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile daily accounts and prepare regular reports on receivables.
- Assist in resolving billing queries and discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a claims clerk, accounts receivable, or medical billing role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology and claims processing procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial data.
