- Manage end-to-end claims processing across multiple insurance lines
- Investigate claim validity through document verification and stakeholder interviews
- Ensure timely resolution of claims while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Liaise with clients, healthcare providers, and internal departments to resolve inquiries
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive claim reports
- Train junior staff on claims procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claim procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in insurance (e.g., CPCU, AINS) is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
