- Process and verify high volumes of claims and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage procurement requests by coordinating with internal departments and tracking orders.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic records and filing systems in accordance with company standards.
- Support administrative operations by assisting with document preparation and data entry tasks.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in billing or procurement.
- Perform regular audits of processed claims to identify and rectify potential errors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, claims, or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines in a professional office setting.
