As a Claims Processor, you will act as a key liaison between our company and our policyholders, providing clarity and support during their most important moments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Examine, evaluate, and process insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding the status and requirements of their claims.
  • Review supporting documentation, such as medical records or incident reports, to determine liability and coverage.
  • Prepare and generate detailed claims reports for management review and internal auditing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and expedite claims resolution.
  • Provide prompt resolutions to client inquiries and resolve potential escalations with high levels of customer service.
  • Maintain organized and secure digital records of all processed claims in accordance with data privacy regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nursing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance operations, or related back-office administrative roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight processing deadlines.
  • Must be based in Iloilo City or willing to work on-site.
