- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in claims data to prevent denials.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all processed claims and correspondence.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in claims processing or healthcare administration.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and reimbursement procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
