As a Claims Recovery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the post-claims lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and assess claims with potential for subrogation or third-party recovery.
- Liaise and negotiate with third-party insurers, legal representatives, and external agencies to secure settlements.
- Maintain a high volume of recovery files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely recovery of funds.
- Analyze claim reports and policy terms to determine liability and recovery viability.
- Collaborate with the internal claims department to gather necessary evidence for recovery pursuits.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery progress, success rates, and outstanding aging debts.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with industry regulations and company internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Insurance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, specifically in recovery or subrogation.
- Strong understanding of General Insurance Association (GIA) guidelines and industry practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills for reviewing legal and insurance documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
