- Analyze financial documentation, invoices, and supporting materials to determine claim validity.
- Coordinate with policyholders and internal departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed in our database.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on claim settlements for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding claim status and settlement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or any related business field.
