Intellicare is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Verifier to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 5 months. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the meticulous review and verification of insurance claims, ensuring that all submitted documentation meets our rigorous standards of accuracy and compliance. You will act as the first line of defense in the claims process, identifying discrepancies and ensuring that payments are processed correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and verify medical and general insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess supporting documentation against medical necessity criteria and policy guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and initiate the resolution process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
- Communicate findings and claim status to internal stakeholders and claimants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all verification activities.
- Assist in the reconciliation of claims data and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing, medical billing, or healthcare verification is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in complex documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
