Tanggung Jawab
- Assist head coaches in preparing and conducting fitness/recreation classes
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities
- Provide personalized guidance to participants during activities
- Monitor class progress and provide constructive feedback to members
- Enforce safety standards and emergency procedures
- Support member onboarding and orientation processes
- Coordinate with team for seamless class transitions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in sports coaching, fitness instruction, or recreation assistance
- Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
