PT Rockstar Sports School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Assistant to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Class Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for our students across various disciplines, including Ballet, Basketball, Martial Arts, and Broadway performing arts.
In this role, you will work closely with lead instructors to ensure lessons run smoothly and that every child receives the attention they need to succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Lead Instructors in managing classes for children and teens across various sports and performing arts programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students throughout the duration of class sessions.
- Prepare and organize necessary equipment, props, and materials prior to class start times.
- Provide one-on-one or small group guidance to students who need extra support to master new skills.
- Assist in managing student attendance and documenting individual progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training facility and studio spaces.
- Help foster an inclusive, positive, and high-energy environment that motivates students to participate.
- Support instructors in coordinating performance showcases or end-of-term athletic events.
Kualifikasi
- High energy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various disciplines, including Dance, Martial Arts, or Team Sports.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant experience in sports or arts is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to participate in various athletic or dance-related activities as required.
- Clear background in child safety or a willingness to undergo a standard verification process.
