Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a moderator during training sessions to ensure smooth delivery of Business English courses
- Assist trainers in preparing teaching materials, lesson plans, and educational resources
- Manage classroom logistics, including equipment setup and preparation of training materials
- Handle administrative tasks related to training programs, including attendance tracking and documentation
- Support participants during training sessions, addressing questions and providing assistance as needed
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment throughout training sessions
- Coordinate with trainers and other staff to ensure training objectives are met
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in education, English, or related field preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and support trainers during sessions
- Basic knowledge of business terminology and concepts
- Proficiency in using office software for administrative tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
