Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Manage inventory and replenish cleaning supplies in designated zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Document cleaning activities and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain equipment functionality through routine care and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules and workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning service experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 15kg), and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
