Tanggung Jawab
- Process import and export documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve clearance issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to FedEx's security and safety protocols during the handling of cargo.
- Utilize FedEx TMS (Transportation Management System) to track shipment status and update records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns related to shipment delays or documentation errors.
- Ensure all clearance activities are logged accurately for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow and improve clearance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software (TMS experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
