Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Clearance Agents to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end clearance process for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements to reduce delays.
- Train staff on documentation requirements and best practices.
- Handle escalated inquiries and resolve critical clearance issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or clearance processes.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga.
