Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and process international shipping documentation to ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customs brokers, regulatory agencies, and internal operations teams to resolve clearance delays.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
  • Analyze complex clearance scenarios and implement corrective actions to minimize transit time.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of all clearance activities in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage high volumes of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure smooth operational handovers and workflow continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently during night shift hours and adapt to changing operational priorities.
  • Deep understanding of customs documentation (e.g., Invoices, Packing Lists, Air Waybills).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict cut-off times.
