Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve US client inquiries regarding customs clearance requirements, documentation, and regulations.
- Review shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with international trade laws to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external customs authorities to expedite cargo processing.
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding the status of their clearance procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to restricted or prohibited items during transit.
- Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions and customs-related activities in the company database.
- Stay updated on changing trade policies and regulations between the US and international markets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively assist US-based clients.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts and adapt to US business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail for documentation review.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or logistics software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
