Tanggung Jawab

  • Process international shipment documentation to ensure full compliance with local and international customs regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding clearance status and documentation requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential customs hold-ups to maintain transit efficiency.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
  • Monitor shipment tracking systems and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle complex inquiries related to import/export duties, taxes, and restricted commodities.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all clearance activities in accordance with company policy.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or high-volume customer service is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary logistics software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical regulations.
  • Flexibility to work consistent night shifts and public holidays as required by 24/7 operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
