Tanggung Jawab
- Process international shipment documentation to ensure full compliance with local and international customs regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding clearance status and documentation requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customs hold-ups to maintain transit efficiency.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment tracking systems and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Handle complex inquiries related to import/export duties, taxes, and restricted commodities.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all clearance activities in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or high-volume customer service is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary logistics software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical regulations.
- Flexibility to work consistent night shifts and public holidays as required by 24/7 operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
