Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatched items and inventory logs.
- Assist with general office administration duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed correctly and filed promptly for reference.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a clerical, dispatch, or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
