As a Research Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing studies centered on adult cognitive testing. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute cognitive experiments and neuro-psychological assessments for adult participants.
- Recruit and manage participant databases while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and institutional protocols.
- Perform quantitative data cleaning, processing, and statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the accuracy of neuroscientific recording instruments.
- Assist in the preparation of research findings for high-impact journals and academic conferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop adaptive learning interventions based on cognitive science theories.
- Manage laboratory administrative tasks, including documentation and literature reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in conducting human-subject research or clinical cognitive testing.
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata, or Python) for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of experimental design and neuroscientific research methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a penchant for technical writing.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative academic team.
- Familiarity with neuroimaging or physiological recording equipment is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding participant data privacy and research ethics.
