- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to offer informed advice.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a welcoming and luxurious environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Gucci values and heritage with integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service is preferred.
- A strong passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in fashion or business is an advantage.
