As the face of luxury recommerce, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for our clients and driving sales within our high-end fashion division.
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping clients navigate the world of pre-owned luxury goods. Whether it is advising on the latest trends or guiding clients through the consignment process, your expertise will ensure our clients feel valued and understood. You will be responsible for managing the full customer journey, from initial consultation to closing the sale, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to high-net-worth clients and fashion enthusiasts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Guide clients through our curated collection of luxury fashion, watches, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Assist in the authentication and valuation of luxury items brought into the store.
- Keep the sales floor organized, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and premium shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end sales.
- Strong passion for fashion, luxury brands, and lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
