We are seeking a charismatic and driven Client Advisor (Luxury) to join our growing team in the heart of Singapore's Central Region.
In this pivotal role, you will build strong, lasting relationships with our most valued clients. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding them through a curated selection of luxury watches, handbags, jewelry, and streetwear. Your passion for high-end brands will be key to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand enthusiasts. You will be the human touchpoint in a digital marketplace, ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication and exclusivity our clients expect.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth buyers and top sellers, providing white-glove service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, providing expert product knowledge on luxury categories (watches, handbags, jewelry, streetwear).
- Drive sales revenue by proactively engaging clients, curating personalized recommendations, and facilitating exclusive pre-orders for new drops.
- Collaborate with the internal Luxury Operations and Marketing teams to refine the clienteling strategy and improve the overall customer journey.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records to track client preferences, purchase history, and key milestones, leveraging data to anticipate needs.
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the global and local luxury ecosystem.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and brand integrity in all client and internal dealings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium e-commerce client services.
- Demonstrable track record of building and managing a portfolio of VIP clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus for engaging with diverse clientele).
- A deep-seated passion for luxury goods, including strong knowledge of heritage brands, craftsmanship, authentication markers, and current market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, displaying strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and resilience, with a genuine love for providing extraordinary service.
