Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class service to clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience that aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current seasonal collections, fabrics, and styling trends to provide expert advice.
- Actively build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships through personalized outreach.
- Support boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and floor maintenance.
- Assist in the execution of private client events, brand activations, and new product launches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium hospitality.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion trends and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A polished, professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
