Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and mentor the daily activities of the concierge team to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows to guarantee prompt and professional service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client inquiries or sensitive service issues.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for service improvement and team training.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless client journey management.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs and reports on service quality and team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the concierge department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within hospitality, luxury retail, or premium customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • A deep commitment to service excellence and client retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity suites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
