- Oversee end-to-end villa construction delivery from post-sale agreement to final handover
- Act as primary client liaison, providing regular updates and maintaining transparent communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, construction, procurement) to ensure project milestones
- Implement quality control protocols and resolve construction issues proactively
- Manage client expectations through consistent engagement and milestone celebrations
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Document project progress and maintain comprehensive client satisfaction records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in client delivery or project management within luxury construction
- Proven track record of managing villa/high-end residential projects
- Expertise in construction methodologies, Indonesian building codes, and permitting
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent construction management qualification
