Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies to drive project success and satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical support, sales, and operations to ensure seamless implementation
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address roadblocks to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Conduct regular client feedback sessions and implement improvement initiatives based on insights
- Document client interactions, project specifications, and resolution processes for knowledge base
- Analyze client satisfaction metrics and propose optimizations to enhance service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing roles, preferably in BPO or service implementation environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Strong project management capabilities with proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in hybrid team settings
- Must be based in Quezon City or willing to relocate for occasional on-site requirements
