Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and delivery of technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to translate client pain points into technical solutions.
- Support the design and architectural planning of client-specific software integrations.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging industry trends and IBM product updates.
- Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and gather requirements for project scoping.
- Document technical workflows and best practices to support the broader Client Engineering team.
- Contribute to the optimization of sales cycles through proactive technical problem solving and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and modern cloud computing concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go).
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
