Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all steps.
  • Gather, review, and verify client documentation and personal information with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Coordinate closely with internal verification teams to ensure background screening requirements are met efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized client records within the company database.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and internal compliance protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client onboarding, customer service, or data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with background screening processes or compliance regulations is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
