Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure CCTV solutions align with client requirements.
- Monitor and report on weekly/monthly sales performance against established targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional, timely solutions to address their concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relations, preferably in the technology/security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail or office environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant plus.
