Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, client database management, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and membership support.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute community fitness events and health workshops.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for facility operations and retail inventory.
- Process client payments, subscriptions, and financial reporting with high accuracy.
- Improve operational workflows to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic phone/email manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM or scheduling software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
