MX Event Hub Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Client & Sales Administration Assistant to join our team in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales support operations, ensuring that our client interactions run smoothly and that administrative tasks are handled with precision.

This position is ideal for an individual with a positive attitude who excels at time management and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards for our clients while supporting our sales team in achieving their objectives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales and event operations team.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records in the internal database.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and relevant administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling for client meetings and follow-up activities to ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to sales activities and client feedback.
  • Maintain organized office filing systems and digital records for easy retrieval.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
