Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-touch, personalized service to Treasure/Wealth banking clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of service-related matters.
- Support Wealth Managers in administrative and operational tasks to facilitate a seamless client journey.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate information and value-added solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and advocate for sustainable banking practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance policies, and internal service standards.
- Process documentation and service requests with high precision to maintain data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or the finance sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal banking CRM software.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
