Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including the collection and verification of required documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records within the CRM system (e.g., Xplan, Midwinter, or Salesforce) with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with financial product providers to track application statuses and resolve administrative queries.
  • Assist financial advisers in the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA).
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring all necessary files are prepared in advance.
  • Process withdrawals, contributions, and account transfers in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure all client information remains current and secure.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the financial planning or wealth management sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using financial CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of Australian financial services regulations is highly advantageous.
