Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for the client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and lead generation to support business development goals.
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and client pitches.
  • Maintain internal CRM databases to ensure accurate client tracking and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks to streamline daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, client services, or business development roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid setting.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive 'problem-solver' mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
