- Develop and execute comprehensive client service strategies to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality client solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to improve client retention rates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and develop staff to ensure a high-performance culture focused on service excellence.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to align services with client goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, or BPO leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving retention.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
