Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end account administration for employee benefits clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, or the insurance/healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
