Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in client services or customer relationship management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
