Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding support to new partner schools, ensuring smooth platform implementation
  • Provide responsive after-sales support to resolve technical issues and address customer inquiries
  • Monitor school usage patterns and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for school-specific challenges
  • Document and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partner schools to ensure ongoing satisfaction and platform adoption
  • Facilitate training sessions for educators on Quipper's features and best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems
  • Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech platforms preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Fluency in English and Filipino; knowledge of local Cavite dialects advantageous
