Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat for educational platforms
- Diagnose and resolve software issues while maintaining detailed documentation
- Guide clients through platform features and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate complex issues
- Monitor support ticket queues and maintain response time SLAs
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies
- Develop training materials for common platform features
- Track metrics and generate monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer/technical support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic knowledge of educational technology platforms
- Adaptability to evolving product features
