Your day-to-day will involve managing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear, concise solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Quipper platform.
- Guide learners and partners through onboarding processes and feature usage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and support tickets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and handle complaints with empathy.
- Stay updated on product changes and provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, IT, or Business).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of computer operations and internet browsers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to solve problems.
- Willingness to work in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
