As part of our dynamic team in Alaminos City, you will handle client inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our clients and our technical solutions, fostering a supportive and educational environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist students and parents in navigating the Quipper learning platform.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure platform accessibility.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common client concerns and needs.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree (Education, IT, or Business preferred).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.
