Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for the healthcare industry? Hello Doctor Clinic (Bukit Jelutong) is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Accountant to join our growing team in Bandar Baru Bangi. In this role, you will play a vital part in the financial health of our clinic by ensuring meticulous record-keeping, accurate financial reporting, and strict adherence to industry compliance standards.

As our Clinic Accountant, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, bridging the gap between clinical services and fiscal responsibility. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day accounts, supporting the management team with insightful financial data, and ensuring that all accounting procedures meet both local regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily clinic financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports with high accuracy.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and healthcare industry accounting standards.
  • Oversee clinic payroll processing and statutory contribution filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain systematic filing of all financial documents and patient billing records for audit readiness.
  • Assist management in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, FRS/MFRS standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
