In this critical role, you will serve as the bridge between our clinic and various insurance panels, ensuring that billing processes are accurate and claim submissions are processed efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process clinic panel billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims (EPF, SOCSO, MYEG, etc.) with various panels.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records and financial documentation.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and panel administrators to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in general front-office reception duties, including greeting patients and answering inquiries.
  • Process payments, handle cash handling, and generate daily financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations and internal policies.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business, or Healthcare.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian medical billing systems and insurance panels (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
