Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparation, including taking vital signs and recording medical information
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient clinic operations
  • Maintain clean and organized examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
  • Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, medical record management, and insurance verification
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and privacy policies
  • Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Healthcare Management or related field is highly advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in computer applications and medical software systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is preferred
