Tanggung Jawab
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparation, including taking vital signs and recording medical information
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient clinic operations
- Maintain clean and organized examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
- Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, medical record management, and insurance verification
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and privacy policies
- Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Diploma in Healthcare Management or related field is highly advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in computer applications and medical software systems
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is preferred
