In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily clinical operations, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality care in a seamless, professional, and supportive environment. You will work closely with our oncologists and nursing staff to manage patient flow, maintain clinical records, and uphold the highest standards of medical hygiene and patient confidentiality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist medical practitioners during clinical examinations and minor procedures.
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and intake processes efficiently.
- Ensure medical equipment is sterilized, calibrated, and ready for clinical use.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic medical records (EMR).
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and their families regarding care instructions.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medication stocks.
- Adhere strictly to healthcare safety, infection control, and privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure optimal clinic workflow and patient satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an oncology or specialist clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinical management software systems.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an advantage.
- High level of integrity regarding patient privacy and data protection laws.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly desirable.
