Klinik Crosmed is seeking a dedicated and reliable Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Selangor. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 per month with flexible shift arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and customer service to grow their career in a supportive medical setting.

The working schedule follows a rotating shift system: AM shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and PM shift from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Candidates must be committed to working on Sundays, with Saturdays designated as the weekly day off.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and manage clinic front desk operations
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure proper sterilization of medical equipment
  • Support physicians and medical staff during patient consultations and minor procedures
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
  • Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide clear information regarding clinic services
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic premises at all times

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work on Sundays and rotate between AM and PM shifts
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to patient confidentiality and care
