Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional front-desk services including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist medical professionals during consultations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
- Manage patient accounts, process payments, and handle insurance claims submissions (e.g., Medisave, Integrated Shield Plans).
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA).
- Oversee clinic inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medical supplies.
- Ensure the clinic environment adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Support the Clinic Manager in daily administrative tasks and operational projects.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / NITEC or Diploma. Certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English. Ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quick to learn new clinic management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- A reliable team player who is detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience with healthcare billing will be highly regarded.
