- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management using clinic software.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and requests professionally.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with clinical procedures, preparation of examination rooms, and patient care tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and administrative documentation.
- Handle patient billing, payments, and insurance claim submissions efficiently.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, fully stocked with supplies, and compliant with health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and efficient daily workflow.
- Uphold clinic policies, standard operating procedures, and patient confidentiality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Able to use simple software on computer and clinic management systems effectively.
